Relational Psychodynamic Therapy

that encourages growth and change

Therapy can offer the opportunity to rediscover ourselves in a new way. Real change is possible, and the therapeutic relationship is a great way to cultivate that change.

What to Expect

I am currently offering therapy through online video chat only.

Specialties

Parents/Caregivers

If you are a caregiver, you may tend to put others first, but in doing so, your relationship with yourself can be neglected. Let me be your advocate and show you a kinder, gentler way to care for yourself.

Adolescents

It is not uncommon for a teen or preteen to feel anxiety and depression, just as adults do. As a therapist, I can offer a non-judgmental, safe space outside the pressure of school or home.

Perinatal

The perinatal experience encompasses pregnancy, birth, postpartum, infertility, and loss. I specialize in psychotherapy that focuses on your unique experience during this time.

Other Areas of Service:

·Behavioral Issues ·Coping Skills ·Depression ·Grief ·Life Transitions ·Parenting ·School Issues ·Self Esteem ·Self-Harming ·Sexual Abuse ·Trauma and PTSD

About Me

I am a relational psychotherapist who specializes in perinatal care. I have studied with Penny Simkin and her colleagues concerning sexual abuse and the birthing experience. As a mother and primary caregiver I am passionate about helping others find the support they need.

I’ve also spent time working with teens and preteens. Helping young people navigate life’s challenges is highly rewarding work.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington (#LH61473267). I hold a Masters of Counseling degree from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.
